Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Texas Star RV Resort website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Reservations & Payment

• A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to secure a reservation.
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and money orders.
• Monthly rates require electricity to be billed separately based on usage.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full first night’s rate.

Park Rules & Community Standards

All guests and residents are expected to comply with our park rules, including but not limited to:

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after promptly.
• Speed limit within the park is 5 MPH.
• All RVs and sites must be kept clean and well-maintained.
• No open fires except in designated areas.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for violations.

Liability & Disclaimer

Texas Star RV Resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or RVs while on the premises. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of park facilities and amenities.

Our website and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on this site.

Blue Bonnet Hall Events

• Event hall rental is subject to a separate rental agreement and deposit.
• The renter is responsible for any damages incurred during the event.
• All events must comply with local noise ordinances and park quiet hours.

Fair Housing

Texas Star RV Resort is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. We comply with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or familial status.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Palo Pinto County, Texas.
